Display and Exhibit Information

A limited number of tables are available for display and sales at the Spiritual Directors International Annual Conference at the Hilton Hotel in Costa Mesa, California, USA, April 21-23, 2006. The expected attendance is 600+. The Conference runs its own bookstore.

The display and conference social space will be located in the lobby (pre-function) area of the main ballroom which is conference’s main meeting space. A covered table with two chairs (or equivalent space if you have your own set-up) is $200. The space is not secured, so you will need to protect valuables. Exhibitors can set-up on Thursday evening, April 20. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your table, complete the information below and return with payment as indicated. Participating members are invited to bring brochures and program materials to share with others. Table space is provided, free of charge, for information sharing.
