A limited number of tables are available for display and sales at the Spiritual Directors International Conference at the Hyatt Regency, Cambridge, Massachusetts, April 29 – May 1, 2011. The expected attendance is more than 500 people. The Spiritual Directors International Conference runs its own bookstore, and exhibit tables will be located in the same general area.
A covered table with two chairs (or equivalent space if you have your own set up) costs USD $250 for display-only tables, and USD $350 for tables that sell merchandise. The space is not secured, so you will need to protect valuables. Spiritual Directors International is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims. Conference exhibitors can set-up on Thursday afternoon, April 28, 2011.
