“How to Host a Quiet Day”

In this webinar, you will cultivate compassion by learning how to host a day of quiet and reflection through which you may share the gifts of silence with others. Seekers who are new to silence may find meeting regularly with a spiritual companion daunting. A gentle way to introduce seekers to spiritual companionship and contemplative practices is to offer a group experience: a quiet day. The webinar recording lasts one hour. A workbook is included.

Listeners can expect to learn:

- the logistical steps involved in planning a day of retreat
- how to create a contemplative environment during a quiet day
- how to invite others into silence.

People new to retreat leadership will particularly benefit from this learning experience.
