If you are a member and want to update your Seek and Find Guide listing information, please fill in the form below. Once you click 'Send' at the bottom of the page, your information will be sent and the form will be cleared. Please review your information before you click 'Send.'
IMPORTANT: Spiritual Directors International displays the basic information of city, state/province/territory, postal code, and country based on the address where you receive Presence journal. It is not possible to list your information from another address. Changing your address using this form will change the address to which we send your Presence journal.
If you would like to be removed from the Seek and Find Guide, please fill in the form below. If your profile information has not changed, it is not necessary to fill out the whole form, but to be removed we require that your fill in your first/given name, last/family name, your Seek and Find Guide telephone number, and your e-mail address. It is greatly helpful to the office if you also fill in your member number, which can be found on the address label of your latest mailings from us, including the Presence journal.
